STORY TIME. (Disclaimer: if you don’t like stories, just skip right to the recipe. I won’t be offended.)
Back to my story, I kept reading about green juices so one day headed to the grocery store to collect “green” fruits & vegetables to try it out. As I carefully looked over the parsley selection a cute older woman asked me what I was making. I told her a green juice and she asked me what I was going to put in it. As I started to list off the items she stopped me, took out a small notebook and pencil, and wrote down the ingredients. She then asked me my name and wrote “Sarah’s Health Green Juice” at the top – and that is how it got it’s name!
STORY TIME OVER. Let’s get to the drink.
SARAH’S HEALTHY GREEN JUICE
1 cup filtered water or coconut water
a handful chopped romaine
1 handful of baby spinach
a handful of parsley
1 mini cucumber
a green apple
